EPOS Installation

EPOS installation by people who know what a dropped transaction costs.

Tills, payment terminals, self-order kiosks, kitchen screens, hand-helds — and the wired and wireless network underneath them — installed for environments where “the card machine's down” means lost revenue by the minute.

EPOS isn't an IT install. It's a trading-critical install.

A payment device is only as reliable as the network it sits on. We've seen beautiful new EPOS estates fail because hand-helds roamed onto the wrong access point, or a kitchen printer shared a congested channel with guest WiFi. Simplinet installs EPOS and the network as one system — segmented, prioritised and tested under load — because that's the only way it stays up on a full Friday night.

EPOS services.

Hospitality EPOS

Fixed tills, hand-held ordering, kitchen displays and printers for restaurants, bars and hotels — installed around service, tested at the pass and at the table.

Self-order kiosks

Floor- and pole-mounted self-order kiosks with integrated payment, installed and commissioned in QSR and fast-casual environments — our founder delivered a national estate of more than 200 locations on behalf of a leading hospitality technology provider.

Retail EPOS

Till banks, payment terminals and queue-busting devices for stores — deployed overnight or pre-opening so you never trade a day without tills.

Payment-critical networking

Segmented VLANs for payment traffic, wireless prioritisation for payment devices, and failover paths so card payments survive a circuit outage.

Estate rollouts

New EPOS platform across 10, 50 or 200 sites: staging, scheduling, installation and per-site sign-off as one coordinated programme.

“The Simplinet team went above and beyond to make sure that our tablet infrastructure upgrade project was delivered on time with no disruption to our customers' business.”

EPOS questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply the EPOS software?

We install and network EPOS hardware and work alongside your EPOS software provider — we make their system reliable on site.

Can you install without closing the site?

Yes. Overnight and pre-opening installs are standard; tills are migrated in stages so you always have a working lane.

Why does WiFi matter for EPOS?

Hand-held ordering and mobile payment devices live on WiFi. If roaming and capacity weren't designed for them, they fail exactly when the site is busiest. We survey and design for payment devices explicitly.

Do you support multi-site rollouts?

Yes — coordinated programmes with staging, scheduling and per-site sign-off.
