Project Management
National rollouts, delivered site by site without drama.
Surveys, designs, engineers, deliveries, landlords, opening dates — a multi-site programme is a hundred small projects pretending to be one. We coordinate all of it, and you deal with one person. Our founder's largest programme to date: over 200 quick-service restaurant locations, delivered over 18 months.
One team owns the whole programme.
Multi-site programmes
Estate-wide upgrades — WiFi, switching, cabling, EPOS — sequenced so every site gets the same tested build and nobody's left half-migrated.
National rollouts
New store and venue openings, refits and platform migrations across the UK, scheduled around each site's trading calendar and fit-out programme.
Coordination and delivery
Surveys booked, kit staged, engineers scheduled, site contacts briefed, escalations handled. You get a plan, a single point of contact and a weekly truth-telling report.
Sign-off and documentation
Every site closes with validation evidence and as-built documentation. At programme end you hold a complete, accurate record of your estate.
Engineers who manage, not managers who forward emails.
Rollouts fail in the gaps — between the surveyor and the installer, the design and the fit-out, head office and site 47.
Because Simplinet does the surveying, design and installation in-house, our project management closes those gaps instead of administrating them. When a site throws a surprise, the person managing your programme understands the engineering well enough to fix it on the spot.
How a programme runs
From pilot to programme close.
- 1
Pilot
One site, surveyed, built and validated. The pilot becomes the template.
- 2
Plan
Site schedule built around trading calendars, fit-outs and lead times.
- 3
Roll out
Staged kit, repeatable installs, per-site validation and sign-off.
- 4
Close
Full estate documentation, snag resolution, support handover.
Frequently asked questions
What size programme do you handle?
From five sites to national estates — our founder has delivered a programme of more than 200 locations over 18 months. The process is the same; only the schedule changes.
Can you work alongside our fit-out contractors?
Yes — we routinely coordinate with shopfitters, M&E and EPOS software vendors, and we'd rather be in the programme early than patching around it late.
Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes, UK-wide, from our Milton Keynes base.
What reporting do we get?
A weekly programme report: sites completed, sites at risk, blockers and decisions needed. Honest, short, and the same format every week.
